Registration & Login

During the registration process you will create a personal account in the Conference registration and abstract management system. You need to log in to submit your abstract.

Registration does not require payment of the conference fee. After registration, the fee can be paid at any time within the respective deadlines.

Conference Fee

We have applied to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland for financial support. The conference fee depends on whether this support is obtained and will be announced as soon as we receive the Ministry's decision.

The Banquet Dinner (Thursday, September 10) can be purchased separately at any time for 400 PLN.

Courtesy of the city of Kraków, the conference participants can use the public transport free of charge during the event. In the case of a ticket inspection, please show your conference badge.


All prices are gross prices which include the applicable VAT. The above currency conversion links provide approximate conversion rates. Exact rates will depend on your bank.

Each paid registrant at SolMech 2026 can only deliver one presentation. A participant may be an author of multiple abstracts, but may be the presenting author of only one abstract.

The fee does not include accommodation.

The student fee applies to undergraduate, graduate or PhD students whose abstracts have been accepted.

To register with this fee a proof of enrollment (i.e. a scanned copy of a student ID card or equivalent) must be uploaded to the Conference registration system to confirm the student status at the time of the Conference. Payments

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The following payment terms apply in the Conference registration system.

Payments of the conference fee can be made either by bank transfer or by credit card (online payment via PayU) using your account in the Conference registration system.

When paying by bank transfer, all details necessary for making the transfer are sent to you in an email titled “SolMech 2026 - Order details” upon making your order, together with a proforma invoice. Please use the same bank-transfer title as the one provided in the email. A regular invoice will be automatically issued and emailed to you once the payment is completed.

Please note that the payments are due in Polish Złotys (PLN) and any additional banking costs including exchange rates and fees associated with the bank transfer or online payment have to be covered by the participant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SolMech2026 Registration Department by e-mail: ewa.bochenek@jordan.pl. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction. Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.

The terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, including if a Visa is officially refused to the participant and/or accompanying person. We strongly advise all participants to start their Visa application as early as possible in order to avoid inconvenience.

JORDAN guarantees to answer within 14 days.

All refunds are subject to a processing fee of 300 PLN / 70 EUR.

Refunds of the registration fee in the case of cancellation:

  • before June 15, 2026 – 100% of the fee amount is refundable minus the processing fee,
  • from June 16, 2026 to July 31, 2026 – 50% of the fee amount is refundable minus the processing fee,
  • after August 1, 2026 – the payment is non-refundable.


Instructions for Presenters

  • The presentation time for a regular lecture is 20 minutes, including discussion.
  • The presentation time for a keynote lecture is 40 minutes, including discussion.
  • The presentation time for a plenary lecture is 45 minutes, including discussion.
  • Please prepare your presentation as a PowerPoint or PDF file. The projector screen aspect ratio is 16:9.
  • Each room has a Windows laptop and an LCD projector with an HDMI connection.
  • We strongly encourage you to bring your presentation to SolMech 2026 on a USB flash drive.
  • You are encouraged to copy and check the presentation on the computer before the session.
  • You may also use your own laptop with an HDMI connection. Make sure to bring with you your adapter plug if needed. As a precaution, we suggest that you also have a copy of your presentation on a USB flash drive.

Abstracts & Papers

Abstracts

Researchers interested in contributing to SolMech 2026 are requested to submit electronically a one-page abstract no later than March 31, 2026. The abstracts should briefly outline the main methods, results and conclusions, as well as the general significance of the work, and may contain relevant references.

The abstract should follow the format provided in the Microsoft Word (docx) or Latex templates:

The abstract must be exported to the Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission via the Conference system. Other formats are not accepted by the system.

Authors are invited to submit contributions to any of the oral Thematic Sessions hosted by the Conference by selecting their preferred Sessions when uploading the abstract.

Please note that:

  • The presenting author (speaker) must be the corresponding author and a registered participant.
  • Final acceptance is contingent upon payment of the registration fee by the speaker by May 31, 2026.
  • Only one presentation per registered participant is allowed. A participant may be an author of multiple abstracts, but can be the presenting author of only one abstract.

Provided the number of submissions is sufficient:

  • Archives of Mechanics will publish a regular issue collecting papers from SolMech 2026. The deadline for submission is November 30, 2026.
  • Computer Assisted Methods in Engineering and Science will publish a special issue collecting papers from SolMech 2026. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2026.
  • Engineering Transactions will publish a regular issue collecting papers from SolMech 2026. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2026.

All submitted papers will undergo the usual reviewing procedure.

While submitting your paper, please indicate in the cover letter that the paper was presented at SolMech 2026 and, whenever applicable, select the relevant journal section or special issue dedicated to the Conference.
